How to Cook Sweet Rava Kesari?

Rava or Sooji Kesari
Ingredients
Sooji-200gm
Cashew nut-20gm
Sugar-250gm
Pure Ghee-200gm
Clove-3 pieces
Cardamom-3 pieces
Kesari Powder(Red or Orange)-a Pinch
Pineapple-75gm
Pineapple essence-2ml
Raisin-20gm

Procedure


  • Heat thick bottomed pan,add Pure ghee and heat it.
  • Then fry the cashew nuts and cloves slightly.
  • Add Sooji and fry slightly.
  • Add water,Kesari Powder,pineapple chopped and pineapple essence to it.
  • Then add some cardamom powder and raisins.
  • Serve hot.
Now the Sweet Rava Kesari is ready to eat
