Ingredients
Egg - 6 nos
Onion - 1 nos
Tomato - 350 gm
Sambar powder - 2 tsp
Mutton Masala Powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 3 cloves
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Procedure
Egg - 6 nos

Tomato - 350 gm

Procedure
- Chopped the Onion and Ginger well.
- Boil the eggs and just cut around the eggs.So,that when you cook masala blends with egg not breaks.
- Cut the tomatoes into half pieces.
- Take a pan,add some oil to it and fry the onions in a medium flame till it gets brown color.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Add salt and tomatoes cook it well for 10 minutes in a low heat.
- Add all the masalas to it.
- Add 2 cups of water and boiled egg to it.
- Keep with medium flame and the mixture get boiled for 20 mins.
- Stir every 5 mins slowly without breaking the eggs.
Now the tamilnadu egg masala is ready to serve.
This egg masala you can eat with dosa and chappathi
