How to make Ada Dosa?

Ingredients
Rice - 1 glass
Door dal - 30 gm
Orid dal - 50 gm
Small onions - 10 nos
Green chillies - 5 nos
Red chillies - 5 nos
Curry Leaves - A few
Salt -As reqd
Oil - As reqd

Procedure
  • Wash the rice with fresh water.
  • Put rice,dals and red chillies in water around one hour.
  • After one hour put the rice,dals and red chillies mixture into the jar of mixer grinder and grind it.
  • Now cut the small onions,green chillies and curry leaves into small pieces.
  • Add the above mixture into this dosa batter.
  • Add some salt and mix well.
  • Take a pan and keep with medium flame.
  • Put 3 spoons of oil to it.
  • Pour the mixture of dosa batter and cook both the sides,till it becomes golden brown color.

Now the Ada Dosa is ready to eat.
