Ingredients
Rice - 1 glass
Door dal - 30 gm
Orid dal - 50 gm
Small onions - 10 nos
Green chillies - 5 nos
Red chillies - 5 nos
Curry Leaves - A few
Salt -As reqd
Oil - As reqd
Procedure
Rice - 1 glass

Procedure
- Wash the rice with fresh water.
- Put rice,dals and red chillies in water around one hour.
- After one hour put the rice,dals and red chillies mixture into the jar of mixer grinder and grind it.
- Now cut the small onions,green chillies and curry leaves into small pieces.
- Add the above mixture into this dosa batter.
- Add some salt and mix well.
- Take a pan and keep with medium flame.
- Put 3 spoons of oil to it.
- Pour the mixture of dosa batter and cook both the sides,till it becomes golden brown color.
Now the Ada Dosa is ready to eat.
