American Green Chicken
IngredientsChicken Legs-2 Pieces
Spring Onions-2 bundle
Mint powder-2 tbsp
Ginger paste-2 tbsp
Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Onions- 2 nos
Green chillies-2 nos
Oil-4 tbsp
Black pepper powder-1 tbsp
cloves- A few
Coriander & Mint leaves-A few
Salt-As reqd
Procedure
- Wash the chicken legs with fresh water and chopped into 3.
- Cut onions and spring onions into small [pieces.
- Take a small pan and add oil into it
- Add some Black pepper powder and cloves to it.
- Add chopped onions and stir for a minute.
- Keep the flame to medium.
- Add the spring onions and stir for a minute.
- Now,add the chicken.
- Keep the flame to medium and stir for atleast 20 minutes occasionally.
- If the chicken is half cooked,add ginger,garlic,salt,mint powder,pepper powder and green chillies. keep on the flame until chicken is cooked completely.
- Add small amount of mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
Now the American green chicken is ready to serve.
