Ingredients
Flour - 2 1/2 cups
Banana - 4 nos
Baking soda - 1 tsp
White sugar - 100 gm
Eggs - 2 nos
Buttermilk - 2/3 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
Walnuts chopped - 1/2 cup
Light brown sugar - 3/4 cup
Salt - A few
Procedure

Procedure
- Remove the skin of the banana and wash it with fresh water.
- Cut the bananas into small pieces and mashed it.
- Take a bowl,mix the flour,baking soda and salt whisk together.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- On the another side,take a large bowl,cream butter,white sugar,and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Take the Egg and beaten it.
- Now mix the bananas,add flour mixture alternately with the butter milk to the creamed mixture.
- Add chopped walnuts and stir it well.
- Pour batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Now the banana cake is ready to eat.
