Ingredients
Almonds - 2 cups
Sugar - 175 gm
Pure ghee - 1 cup
Milk powder - 2 cups
Procedure
Almonds - 2 cups

Pure ghee - 1 cup
Milk powder - 2 cups
Procedure
- Remove the outer portion skin of the almonds.
- Make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
- Mix the almonds and milk powder.
- Add these mixture to the syrup.
- Stir over low fire adding pure ghee little at a time.
- When it starts leaving the sides,remove and pour into a greased plate.
- Cut into desired shape.
Now the almond burfi is ready to eat.
