How to Make Almond Burfi?

Ingredients
Almonds - 2 cups
Sugar - 175 gm
Pure ghee - 1 cup
Milk powder - 2 cups

Procedure
  • Remove the outer portion skin of the almonds.
  • Make sugar syrup of one string consistency.
  • Mix the almonds and milk powder.
  • Add these mixture to the syrup.
  • Stir over low fire adding pure ghee little at a time.
  • When it starts leaving the sides,remove and pour into a greased plate.
  • Cut into desired shape.

Now the almond burfi is ready to eat.
