How to Cook Chili Chicken fry?

Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 500 gm
Garlic pods - 10 nos
Green chilies - 4 nos
Ginger - 1 piece
White Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Red chili powder - Half tsp
Green chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - Half tsp
Ajinomotto - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - A few
Spring Onions - A few
Reddish orange color - Half tsp
All purpose flour - half tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Salt - A few
Refined Oil

Procedure
  • Wash the boneless chicken with fresh water.
  • Chopped the ginger,garlic pods,spring onions and coriander leaves.
  • Cut the green chilies into half.
  • Take the all purpose flour,corn flour,egg and add the boneless chicken for marination.Add some few pinches of salt and the mixture is keep them  aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet.
  • Take the mixture and fry the chicken pieces on medium flame,until they are golden brown and keep them aside.
  • On another side heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet.
  • Add some garlic pieces to it.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces to it.
  • Add soya sauce,green chili sauce,vinegar and mix well.Then add a cup of water to it.Add some red chili powder,reddish orange color,ajinomotta and cook.when the half of water get evaporated add green chilies to it and cook,till it gets dry.
  • Finally, add coriander leaves,white pepper and spring onions to it.
Now the chili chicken fry is ready to serve.
