Ingredients
Aval( Beaten Rice flakes) - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Pure ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - A few
Procedure
Aval( Beaten Rice flakes) - 1 cup

Procedure
- Grind aval coarsely in the mixer.
- Fry it in ghee for 3 to 4 mins until it becomes soft.
- Take another pan and melt jaggery till it becomes liquid.
- Add fried aval,milk and grated coconut to this liquid and mix well.
- Add some cashew nuts to it.
- Allow it cool for sometime.
Now the sweet aval kesari is ready to eat.
