Ingredients
• Chicken (cut into small pieces) - 250 grams
• Onion (chopped) - 1
• Basil/Oregano - 1 teaspoon
• White wine/Red wine - ¼ cup
• Water - ¼ cup
• Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
• Garlic (crushed) - 2 cloves
• Mushrooms (sliced) - 1 cup
• Pepper - ¾ teaspoon
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Cornflours - 1 tablespoon
Procedure
• Chicken (cut into small pieces) - 250 grams

• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Cornflours - 1 tablespoon
Procedure
- Heat a non stick pan. Add chicken and cook dry, till it changes colour.
- Add all seasonings, garlic, wine, mushrooms.
- Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or till chicken is tender.
- Raise heat.
- Dissolve cornflour in 1 Tablespoon water.
- Add to chicken.
- Boil and serve sprinkled with freshly ground coarse black pepper.
