Ingredients
- Onion - 1 nos
- Chilli powder - 1tsp
- Salt to taste - A few

- Tomato puree - 1 tbsp

- 1 can chopped tomatoes

Procedure
- Peel and slice the onions, dice the carrots, and peel and chop the potato.
- Put all veggies in a deep saucepan along with all the other ingredients.
- Allow them to be on full heat till it comes to a boil.
- Next, allow the ingredients to simmer for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- You can add more water if you like a watery soup as this soup will be a thick one.
- After simmering, take it off the heat and blend it either in a mixer or with a hand blender (both work just fine) and serve super hot!

You will need aloe vera gel, curd, and some brown or white sugar in powder form. Mix all these ingredients together and apply it on your face, rubbing it in circular motion. This rubbing motion helps get rid of the surface dead skin cells. The aloe vera gel helps soothe and moisturise the skin, the curd helps to brighten the skin due to its lactic acid content, and the sugar helps slough away dead skin cells. Do this once a week.

Acne can be very painful and often leave scars. For this mask, you will need aloe vera gel, some nutmeg powder and a few drops of lemon juice. Procedure
- Heat a non stick pan. Add chicken and cook dry, till it changes colour.
- Add all seasonings, garlic, wine, mushrooms.
- Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or till chicken is tender.
- Raise heat.
- Dissolve cornflour in 1 Tablespoon water.
- Add to chicken.
- Boil and serve sprinkled with freshly ground coarse black pepper.
